Tapas Molecular Bar
May. 29th, 2006 02:16 pmLisa and I are eating at the Tapas Molecular Bar at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Nihombashi (map) on Tuesday night at 2030 (I think! Subject to confirmation from 'the Boss' - Now confirmed!). Think El Bulli or The Fat Duck for the nature of the food.
